Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a mechanical and electrical design and build for a whole site at TEA Old County Hall under an NEC3 ECC Option C Contract.
Cormac are delivering a modular accommodation scheme on behalf of the Client, Cornwall Council to deliver 15 units for temporary move-on accommodation.
The site is intended to be operational for 3 years prior to a redevelopment of the wider site.
Cormac are seeking a mechanical and electrical design and build for the whole site.
