With demonstrated expertise in addressing mental health, substance use, housing, and related support services, Waythrough have a proven track record of combating poverty and disadvantage across communities in England.
The Chester & Wirral Pathway Service (Pathway Service), operated by Waythrough has demonstrated significant impact in supporting NHS psychiatric patients both during hospital stays and post-discharge.
During the review period, the service has generated substantial cost savings for the NHS while providing comprehensive support to 182 individuals through their recovery journey in the first Eight months of the project.
