Mid Sussex District Council (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of Wellbeing Coaches to deliver tailored wellbeing support to working age adults in Mid Sussex to reduce their risk of cardio vascular disease.
This is will be achieved by supporting them to develop healthier lifestyles with a focus on obesity and healthy eating, physical activity levels, and alcohol consumption.
The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Wednesday 01 April 2020.
The Contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years until Thursday 31 March 2022 with an option to extend for a further 12 month period subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council.
The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015.
The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification.
