The requirement will be broken down in stages and it is envisaged that one supplier may deliver the Discover & Delivery, and a separate supplier would deliver the ongoing support services, however, this is approach will be informed by this market engagement activity: Stage 1 Discovery Stage 2 Delivery Stage 3 Ongoing Support The purpose of this initial market engagement is to obtain a range of costs & options which will feature in a briefing paper to key stakeholders, in order to inform decisions concerning budget, prior to formally tendering this opportunity.
