The provider's is to target the following group of people: - Economically inactive adults. - Socially excluded unemployed adults whose needs which cannot be, or have not been, appropriately met through mainstream provision (e.g.
DWP's Restart, Work & Health Programme) The provider is to ensure that 50% of the participants who sign up to the programme are economically inactive - The provider will be specifically looking to support participants who are: - Neurodivergent individuals of working age (16 years plus) from across the Barnsley area. - Individuals who are struggling to access mainstream provision, or those that fall in between the gap of services. - Individuals who have a diagnosis/ are seeking a diagnosis or suspect they have neurodivergent traits.
The provider's performance will be measured against the following outcomes: - 40 Individuals engaged in the provision.
Eligibility based upon UKSPF Eligibility criteria. - 35% of those individuals where appropriate moving into; Paid Employment, Internships, Apprenticeships, Volunteering or Education. - 80% Reporting an increase in Confidence. - 100% able to successfully use digital devices to search for employment. - 50% of participants to have been offered a mock interview. - 1 Employer Focussed Session focussed on raising awareness of Neurodiversity in the workplace.
