NHS North of England CPC are looking to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of pharmaceutical services made available for use by Community and Mental Health NHS Trusts.
The awarding of contracts under the framework agreements will be following a reopening of competition, by undertaking Further Competition, identifying each Contracting Authority's individual requirements.
The services within this framework agreement are required to be innovative, timely, responsive, safe, efficient, flexible and cost effective with optimal and timely uptake of cost saving opportunities, such as generic switches, hospital contract pricing etc.
The framework agreement will commence on 1st October 2016 and remain in place for a period of 4 years, to 30th September 2020.
