NHS Dumfries & Galloway (NHSDG) is seeking to appoint a contractor to carry out refrigeration, freezer & ventilation unit reactive maintenance & annual servicing on all NHSDG properties in a professional manner leading to a speedy resolution of any problems that may affect the efficient delivery of services by NHSDG.

Scope of works could range from rudimentary annual servicing to repairs of large refrigerators and individual pharmacy, ward drug and patient fridges as well as catering refrigerators / freezers and individual ventilation units of various sizes.

The key services being sought are planned works, routine maintenance works, and unplanned reactive works/emergency call outs.

From time to time and in spite of the controls in place to prevent them, emergency repair or maintenance works may need to be carried out.
