The Council is setting up a Framework Agreement for the provision of Early Parenting and Child-Parent Relationship Pilot Services.
This Framework Agreement is for two (2) years.
Lot 1: Parenting Support Lot 2: Perinatal Mental Health and Parent-Infant Relationships The Early Parenting and Child-Parent Relationship Pilot (The Pilot) will be commissioned as two lots.
The Pilot will take a population-based approach offering universal parenting support and targeted interventions to support families in need, e.g., those with mild-moderate mental health issues and parent-infant relationship difficulties.
The Pilot will provide early parenting and child-parent relationship support for mothers, fathers, and co-parents with children under two years old.
The Pilot will provide support through evidence-based parenting programmes, antenatal classes, targeted parent-infant interventions, and peer support.
