NCC is seeking to purchase training delivery for six (with an option to request up to eight), 1 day courses per annum within a schedule to be agreed specifically designed for committee members with at least three courses in the Autumn funding block (September – December) when demand is at its highest, at least two courses in the Spring funding block (January – March) and 1 further course in May.
Specific dates for these courses will be discussed and agreed with the successful supplier.
Each course should principally cover: - The roles and responsibilities of committee members who manage an early years childcare setting with specific emphasis on the posts of: Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. - Legal requirements of committee members - Employment issues and conflict resolution - Annual General Meetings - Prudent management - Safeguarding awareness There is an option to extend this contract for 1 year.
Seven thousand pounds for minimum guaranteed 6 days training. (Please note that this is an estimate only.
