The Claremont tower is 11 floors high with additional ground and basement levels.
Floors 6 and above are serviced only via 2No new lifts that are part of the construction contract.
The Bridge is 5 storeys high (but is on levels 2-6 only) and can be accessed either by its own lift, or via those in the tower.
