The brief

Newcastle University in conjunction with Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's (NUTH) is appointing NORR as experienced consultant to develop HDPs in line with the requirements of the scheme, providing support to both the University and the Trust in delivering against the terms and conditions of our individual Grant Offer Letters (GOLs) as outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

Development of HDPs is required for the following three sites: • Newcastle University - Merz Court heating district • Newcastle University - King's Road heating district • NUTH - RVI site Works must be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and schedules of the LCSF scheme and GOLs as set out in the ITT.

The tender is a further competition from the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) Construction Professional Services Framework Agreement for North-Eastern Universities EFM2020NE (Lot 2)
