This exercise will provide background information on the current project with several questions designed to help establish: the appetite for whether your organisation would like to be considered for this project your observations regarding the coverage structure and draft Scope of Cover your views on any issues that may exist with respect to providing the specified Scope of Cover- especially the SPL Period(s), Limits of Indemnity and Deductibles potential solutions to these issues Walsall Council is contractually obliged to procure on behalf of itself and Homes England (HE) and Henry Boot Developments Limited (HBD Ltd) Environmental Impairment Liability Insurance to cover the Phoenix 10 site during the remediation period and for a period of 10 years following remediation.
