North Star is looking to appoint a Contractor to undertake External repair and replacement works to properties across the North East area.
The work will consist of; Front and Rear Walls, Paving (Hard standings, Concrete and Carparks), turf, topsoil, grass seed, fencing, gates, metal work etc.
The Contract will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis.All work and/or materials shall comply with the relevant British Standard or European equivalent.
The contractor shall make all necessary arrangements to protect all aspects of the work against external elements throughout the contract.The contractor shall only use skilled and experienced operatives for the type of work.
North Star requires DBS checks and safeguarding training is provide for all operatives working on site.The number of properties is indicative and not guaranteed.
The quantity may vary for example due to refusals to enter, budget constraints etc.
