The brief

The Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced tenderers to provide bids that satisfy one, or both, of the following requirements along with additional works as detailed in the specification: • Option A Design, supply, install additional measures to work with existing barrier arrangements (repaired/replaced as necessary and repaint) to resolve risks identified in the risk assessment.

Design options should aim to improve both the external and internal visual appearance of the car park. or • Option B Remove existing barriers and design, supply, install new anti-climb barriers to resolve risks identified in the risk assessment.

Multiple costed design options may be submitted.

Both options will be evaluated with the preferred option being chosen as part of the evaluation process.
