The Port of Milford Haven wishes to appoint a specialist Civil Engineering Consultancy team to prepare detailed designs on the basis of a single point of responsibility, for full design team services and construction supervision under the terms of an NEC3 Contract agreement.
The Lead consultant will be expected to co-ordinate and manage the technical delivery of the project from inception through to site delivery.
