The brief

NHS London Procurement Partnership (hosted by Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust) is setting up a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Homecare Medicine Services which includes Low Tech (Lot 1), Mid Tech (Lot 2) and High Tech (Lot 3) Homecare Services.

This Framework will involve the provisions of: • Dispense and delivery (ambient and fridge lines) • Compounding fees and delivery • Nurse visits (training) • Nurse administration • Waste removal • Provision of refrigeration equipment • Prescription management • Standard ancillaries and equipment • Access to CMU contract prices via homecare suppliers The Framework Agreement will operate for an initial term of 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months + 12 months.

It is expected that Suppliers should be able to deliver all the standards set out in the suite of documents submitted as part of this Framework Agreement.

Please note that Lot 3 has been split further in to sub-Lots (please refer to section II.2. for further information).
