The Operational Technology Commercial Framework (OTCF) was launched on the 9th July 2021 and it is hoped that the ITCF will be the second vehicle to support the delivery of Highways England’s RIS2 technology pipeline and to meet the strategic aims of Highways England.
Please note, this PIN relates specifically to the ITCF.
