West Midlands Employers (WME) is a not-for-profit Regional Employers’ Organisation created under the Trade Union & Labour Relations Act, offering employer advisory and people support services to its 32 shareholder councils in the West Midlands (who own the Authority) and the wider public sector.
Its members are a blend of, predominantly 32 local authorities and some children’s trusts, police and fire authorities, the West Midlands Combined Authority and other public sector bodies.
WME wishes to invite interested potential bidders to participate in a procurement process to utilise a Framework Agreement for the identification of a single supplier to provide a Regional Agency Provision.
The Successful Bidder will engage directly with WME’s members to support the delivery of an enhanced agency service and work with WME to support the ambitions of a Regional Workforce Strategy
