The Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver keyholding, emergency response, static guarding and property access in support of its existing arrangements for Building Management.
Requests for work will come direct from the service for property access requests or the alarmed receiving centre for emergency response requests.
No minimum quantities of work are guaranteed by the Council.
Emergency Response Services will be required from 18:00 - 06:00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, additional requests may be made to cover school holidays and sickness.
