Providers under Lot 2 of the Framework Agreement for the provision of Care Support and Enablement Services (the “CSE Framework Agreement”) were invited to bid for an opportunity to meet the care, support and housing needs of adults (aged 18 – 64) requiring Supported Living Plus services.
Two Providers were appointed to deliver the following requirements: Service A North Supported Living Plus Service Self-contained units of Supported Living Plus accommodation with care, support and enablement provided by a dedicated care team.
A single property or co-located properties in the same area in Mansfield, Ashfield, or Bassetlaw districts of the County.
Service B South Supported Living Plus Service Self-contained units of Supported Living Plus accommodation with care, support and enablement provided by a dedicated care team.
A single property or co-located properties in the same area in Rushcliffe, Broxtowe or Gedling districts of the County.
