They support parents to help them prioritise the needs of their children post separation so that long-term solutions can be found to keep children in touch with both parents and wider family The Welsh Government, through Cafcass Cymru, is looking to set up child contact services in Wales in accordance with sections 35 and 36 of the Children act 2004 and sections 60 and 71 of Government of Wales Act 2006.
