Young Harrow Foundation is working with Harrow Council as they design and commission their Short Breaks funding opportunities across Harrow.
We are very keen to ensure as many organisations as possible who have the expertise in working with disabled children and young people are aware of this funding and can get involved in delivery.

The MARKET Engagement SESSION (via Zoom) will be in two parts and you are welcome to join for one or both taking place on TUESDAY 14 DECEMBER 2021 SESSION one: 11.00am-12.00pm Reflection session with the current Short Break providers.
SESSION two: 12:10pm -1.00pm Your opportunity to feed into designing a service that supports more disabled children and young people through this service.
