The brief

The Council has identified the following objectives which will underpin the Service: • individuals who are homeless or in immediate risk of becoming homeless will have access to an ‘independent’, safe and supportive day time facility where their immediate housing and health and wellbeing needs can be assessed and appropriate action taken to start to address these • the support provided will be short term and based on assessed needs.
