To develop and maintain a breastfeeding support service that helps mothers to continue to breastfeed to at least 6-8 weeks and beyond To recruit, train and supervise breastfeeding support volunteers and staff.
To offer training and supervision to support volunteers to facilitate breastfeeding support group programmes.
