Flintshire County Council are seeking tenders for a Main Contractor to carry out the refurbishment of Theatr Clwyd which is an arts campus in Mold, Flintshire constructed in the 1970s.
The project includes the complete strip-out and refurbishment of the existing buildings and the new build construction of a timber foyer extension and carpentry workshop.
