The brief

NHS Birmingham and Solihull CCG (the Commissioner) are seeking expressions of interest (to be expressed in the form described in section 5 below in writing) in delivering a Mental Health (male) High Dependency Unit Rehabilitation and Recovery Service.

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU, is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process.

In line with regulation 75(1)(b)(iv), THE CCG DOES NOT INTEND TO ISSUE ANY FURTHER NOTICE WITH REGARD TO THIS REQUIREMENT and is inviting interested economic operators to express their interest in writing.

The form of their expression of interest will be specified on the EU Supply portal and will determine the next steps the CCG intends to take in terms of any resultant procurement process.

Interested parties must ensure they submit an expression of interest in the form specified by 05th May 2022 at 1700hrs in order for their expression of interest to be considered.
