The brief

UKUPC is at the early stages of looking to establish a national Professional Services in Construction Framework consisting of seven service provision Lots.

The framework will be governed by NEC 4 PSC, NEC4 PSSC andJCT terms and conditions.

It will run for an initial two (2) years with a possible extension of up to 24 months.

We are interested in engaging with suppliers who may wish to work with the Higher Education sector and understand the drivers for value for money for the associated membership base of UKUPC.
