Torus has obtained funding from the Social Housing Decarbonation Fund (SHDF) to carry out retrofit works to 138 properties.
The works will consist of the installation of EWI and new windows to all 138 properties with 86 of those properties also requiring the installation of solar PV panels and re-roofing.
The work will also involve the retrofitting of wall ties to all addresses prior to EWI installation.
The aim of the project is tackle fuel poverty and protect our customers from rising energy prices.
