FW059 Business Support Framework
Translink is establishing a Framework for the provision of Business Support related professional services.
Translink intends to appoint four (4) (excluding ties) Suppliers to this Framework.
The Business Support Services that Translink are looking for are inclusive of the following but not limited too: Cost and Commercial, Programme and Project Management, Specialist advice and expertise in relation to Building Information Modelling (BIM), including the provision of CAD specialists, Specialist infrastructure project resources e.g. geotechnical / structural / permanent way / signalling / telecoms / systems / civil engineering, Specialist, advice and expertise in relation to Asset management, to include database development / support, Specialist advice and expertise in relation to Competency Management, including establishing training and audits, Specialist advice and expertise in relation to Interface management , Specialist advice and expertise in relation to IT systems and software, to include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Sharepoint and Power BI, Specialist advice and expertise in relation to stakeholder management, Development and delivery of training, Independent facilitation of workshops (e.g. lessons learned), Administrative support.
The nature of the Works Packages and their associated projects / durations will vary considerably.
The Supplier may be required to provide a mixture of resources to undertake a Work Package on a single project or may be required to provide dedicated resources that will work across multiple projects within the Client’s organisation.
The Supplier may be required to provide their own internal staff or sub-contractors in order to provide the optimal value for money for the Client.
Some of the roles will require an individual to be embedded within the Client’s organisation, though still under the direct management of the Supplier.
The Supplier will be required to establish ongoing mechanisms to identify resources whether internal or through their supply chain on a temporary or fixed-term basis in order to be flexible to the Client’s requirements.
