HIE, in partnership with Orkney Islands Council (OIC), wishes to commission a suitably experienced architect led Design Team for the development of Phase 2 of the ORIC.
They will be expected to prepare detailed plans for the alteration, upgrading and enhancement of the related properties and should be capable of providing, as a minimum, Architectural services, Mechanical & Electrical engineering services, Civil & Structural engineering services, Communications & IT Services and Landscape consultancy services.
