A contract is to be entered into for the sale of playing field land at Morgan Road, Reading, part of Reading School , and the associated development of sports pitches, associated changing facilities and access and parking arrangements on retained parts of at the site and the re-provision of new sports facilities at the School's Erleigh Road campus by the purchaser.
