TR11 3QSThe Cornwall College Group has been successful in securing funding through the Strategic Development Fund II for the ‘Building Sustainable Futures’ project, which is supported by investment from the Department for Education.
The Building Sustainable Futures project will design, develop and deliver employer-led skills provision in alignment with the sustainable skills needs of local employers in economic priority sectors, whilst enhancing Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) capacity and ‘Green Careers’ resources for CIoS.Project Intent:Falmouth Marine School have successfully bid for strategic development funds to undertaken a "De-carbonising a marine vessel" project.
The project will result in the development of a dedicated marine electrical classroom and a remote machinery space/ bridge simulation room.
