The brief

This notice is not a call for competition, its a contract award notice to inform the market of the Councils decision of award of framework Caerphilly County Borough Council (the Authority) has established a framework arrangement deliver Multiply via the UK Shared Property Fund (UKSPF).

The Authority developed a framework agreement set out as per the following lotting strategy:- Lot 1 – Essential Skills Numeracy Provision Lot 2 – Essential Skills Numeracy Provision through the medium of Welsh Lot 3 – GCSE Math Lot 4 – GCSE Math through the medium of Welsh Lot 5 – Online numeracy Provision Bilingual (English/Welsh) The total spend advertised in this contract notice is to be spent via in house and external provision via this framework.

There can be no guarantee to the number of call offs/spend under this framework.

The intension is that this framework shall support the Authority to deliver multiply.

The framework period was from 16 October 2023 – 31 March 2025, with the option to extend up to a further period of two (2) years depending on any further funding that maybe available.

The framework shall be reviewed on an annual basis and in line with any further allocated funding available.
