North Lanarkshire Council (the “Council”) propose to establish a multi-lot Framework with multiple-Contractors for the provision of a Garden Assistance Scheme. .
The approach to establish this Framework will be in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. .
Proposed Duration is June-October 2023, with option to extend for grass cutting season 2024 (March to October). .
For 2023 requirements, the service will include but not be limited to 6 grass cuts, 2 hedge trims, 2 weedkills.
If the contract is extended for 2024 the requirements will be 9 grass cuts, 3 hedge trims, 2 weedkills.

Contractors can bid for 1 or more lots, but can only be appointed to 1.
Contractors would therefore be asked to rank their preferred zones.
Each zone would still be evaluated using MEAT scoring model.
When a Contractor is 1st place in more than 1 zone, they are allocated based on their preference, then become void on other Lots applied for.
