The Education Alliance are establishing a framework of consultants for professional services in construction and premises contracts within the UK excluding Scotland.
The framework will cover projects including, but is not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, infrastructure projects, etc.
The procurement was a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure.
The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from April 2024, with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year, at the discretion of the contracting authority and subject to satisfactory performance.
The framework will be split in to 23 separate lots, which will operate with a maximum of 1 consultant for lot 1, and for lots 2 to 23, a maximum of 9 consultants per region per lot.
