The brief

Northamptonshire Children's Trust is is re-opening up a Framework Agreement for the provision of Personal Care and Support Services for Disabled Children and Young People in Northamptonshire.

North Northamptonshire Council (The "Authority") wishes to invite Tenders for the Provision of Personal Care and Support Services for Children and Young People with Disabilities.

The successful Potential Providers will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Manager identified by the Authority.

Personal Care and Support provides support to families to help children and young people with complex health or behavioural needs in the comfort of their own homes.

It should be person centred, personal care, enabling care and/or other services that are necessary to maintain a child or young person's quality of life, enabling them to remain living with their family and achieve their specified outcomes.

The service is not about dependency, but about helping people to do things for themselves as far as they are able.

Lot 1 Kettering & Corby District Zone (Urban) Lot 2 Wellingborough, Rushden (Urban) & East Northants District (Rural) Zone Lot 3 Daventry & South Northants District Zone (Rural) Lot 4 Northampton District Zone (Urban) The Framework Agreement is advertised under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) and will therefore be reopened at regular intervals.

The Council expects the Framework Agreement to re-open annually, but it may open at other intervals at its discretion.
