Unitas Stoke-on-Trent is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified contractors to deliver supporting activities for Unitas in connection with its maintenance and improvement of Stoke-on-Trent City Council's social housing stock.

This framework is a Qualifying Long-Term Agreement and is therefore subject to Section 20 Consultation Requirements.

Please be aware that Unitas will issue a Notice of Proposals identifying provisional awards, and that any award is subject to satisfactory completion of the consultation process.
