This comprises: Supervision of Ground Investigation and reporting, Exemplar Design, Technical Support during main works tender and Contractor Design Check and technical support and compliance checking of the works as they are built.

Our chosen approach will be to undertake the capital works via a design and construct contract.

Our appointed consultant will undertake an exemplar design which will form part of the tender package.

The consultant will then assist with queries during the tender process and assist with assessment of the returned tenders.

Once the contractor is appointed the consultant will then undertake an independent check of the contractor’s design to ensure compliance with the project requirements.

If timing is favourable we anticipate the consultant will undertake supervision of the ground investigation and will produce the factual report.
