Provision of 0 – 19 Children’s Public Health Service to deliver health visiting and school nursing services in accordance with the Healthy Child Programme.
In accordance with the National Specification, the Bexley 0 – 19 Children’s Public Health Nursing Service will deliver: 0 – 5 health visiting service including a specialist pathway for vulnerable families 5- 19 school nursing service, vision and hearing screening, the National Child Measurement Programme Tier 2 weight management pathway and provision for primary school aged children.
