South Tyneside Homes & South Tyneside Council require suppliers to provide a Skip & Recycling Framework for the repairs, maintenance & Construction service this will be awarded on the basis of Most Economically Advantageous Tender evaluated in accordance with the criteria as set out in this ITT. • The Framework will consist of three to four contractors ranked in relation to most competitive price.
The top ranked contractor may be engaged for the majority of the work & lower ranked contractors engaged to fill capacity issues, dependent on the number and quality of bids received. • The Framework will be used for repairs, maintenance, construction and suchlike for both South Tyneside Homes & South Tyneside Council
