he City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a provider for a Tier 2 Weight Management app which will provide service users access to a 12-week weight loss programme.
The app should: • Support service users who are on the obesity register to lose weight by providing a tier 2 weight management 12-week programme via an app. • Enable individuals to make changes in their behaviour to achieve a positive impact on their health (to develop healthier and more balanced relationship with nutrition and food). • Deliver evidence-based lifestyle interventions in relation to weight management
