Rotherham Council offers Garden Waste collections to residents who subscribe to the service.

As the subscriptions run annually the Council requires a way to identify which properties have garden waste bins that need emptying, whilst ensuring that expired subscriptions are not continued to be collected.

This is achieved by making changes to the colour and design of the bin permit stickers and managing subscriptions through a customer management database/portal which allows both collection crews and office staff to clearly identify service subscribers.
