This tender process is to establish a new framework to call off services for two separate lots as identified below:Lot 1: Minor civil projects with a budget ranging from £0 to £500,000.
Projects falling within this lot include but are not limited to small-scale infrastructure, maintenance, and repair works.
Mostly incorporating active travel projects and pedestrian connectivity improvements.Lot 2: Projects exceeding £500,001 in value.
This lot encompasses larger-scale civil projects such as major infrastructure construction, substantial highway works and complex engineering projects.
Contractors can apply for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both Lots.
