This framework has been awarded by LHC Procurement Group on behalf of the Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) LHCPG has also awarded this framework in England and Wales on behalf of our other regional entities: Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) Midlands, London and South East (LHC) Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) These two awards have accordingly been published on Find a Tender Service and Sell2Wales.
The new Roofing Systems Framework (RS5M) will be the successor to LHC's current and successful roofing agreement (RS4) which is due to expire in May 2025.
The framework will be utilised to provide an efficient, value for money procurement route for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies for the supply and delivery of roofing systems and associated products in all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects; including: - Multi occupancy residential buildings (low/medium/high rise) - Schools - Colleges - Universities - Public offices - NHS buildings - Blue Light buildings - Other public buildings This Framework consists of the following workstreams: - Traditional Flat Roofing - Liquid Flat Roofing - Profiled Metal Roofing This framework will commence on the 8th January 2025 and will run for 4 years 6 months (54 months).
