Introduction: This is an Invitation to Tender (ITT) with information, instructions and guidance provided in this document.

Tender submission (consisting of the completion of the Online Supplier Questionnaire, Technical Response, and Commercial response documents) should be completed and returned by all Tenderers via the UoN InTend platform ( https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofnottingham/aspx/Home ) who wish to bid for the contract.

Please note, throughout the Tender documentation the University of Nottingham will be referred to as ‘UoN’.Synopsis: The tender seeks the procurement of a dynamometer system capable of supporting a wide range of thermodynamic engine research activities undertaken by the Powertrain Research Centre at the University of Nottingham.

This effort is part of a collaborative venture involving other departments and research groups across the UoN, aimed at the development of the Hybrid Propulsion Systems (HPS) facility located on the Jubilee Campus.
