Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) and Blackpool Housing Company (BHC) are looking to appoint a Contractor framework to undertake (Lot 1) the Sampling of & (Lot 2) the removal of licensed and non-licensed materials containing asbestos.
The subject properties comprise domestic private & social housing in the form of flats and houses and in the majority of cases, these will be occupied.
