Provision of technical services in support of ScotRail’s Suburban Fleet Procurement Project
The contract is for technical support services related to the procurement of new rolling stock.
This support will include, but is not limited to: - Provision of resources to manage a market engagement exercise with the rolling stock manufacturer market. - Assistance in developing ITN documentation, including Train Technical Specifications (TTS), technical question sets, technical delivery requirements, and aiding ScotRail strategy development in relation to Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, and GDPR. - Assistance with the development of the evaluation strategy for the technical elements of the ITN. - Provision of technical resources to assist in the evaluation of applicant/bidder PQQ and ITN responses. - Provision of technical resources to support the management and response to applicant/bidder technical queries and clarifications throughout the procurement process.
