Void Property Cleaning, Clearance and Specialist Cleaning FrameworkThis framework of contracts will deliver cleaning, specialist cleaning and clearance services to void Curo properties across the South West region of England.
Services will need to be delivered by the dates requested, and to the quality required in line with Curo’s lettable standard.
The quality of the cleans/clearances and time taken to turnaround a void property is a key objective and will mark the success of each contract.The contracts shall be on an initial term of three years with a possible one year extension (subject to performance).
