This will be a Traditional Design (by the existing appointed consultant team) with the successful Contractor taking on design responsibility for the temporary works, scaffold, logistics and mechanical and electrical work.<br/><br/>Estimated duration 3.5 years, subject to dialogue (Competitive Dialogue procedure).
