Market Engagement for Day Opportunities and Individual Service Fund
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
Dorset Council are currently in the process of transforming day opportunities for the residents of Dorset.
We would like to encourage providers, local and community groups or anyone interested in providing a day opportunity to join the Dorset Care, Support, Housing and Community Safety Framework (DCF2) Lot 25 and Lot 26 and be part of this exciting development.
We invite you to join us at a market engagement meeting on Wednesday 6th November at 10am to discuss our ideas.
It will be via a Microsoft Teams event and will be recorded for those who cannot make it.
Please contact us if you would like to attend by emailing dayopportunities@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk.
We want to engage with day opportunities providers, community groups and initiatives for example people who operate lunch clubs, classes and clubs (whether fitness, art, social and everything in between), local businesses, existing hubs and explore potential ways we can work together to offer more choice and flexibility.
We want to expand the options available for people to purchase these services, therefore we will be running a further competition through Lot 26 on the DCF2 to expand our Individual Service Fund (ISF) provider list.
You will need to have joined the DCF2 to be able to bid for the further competition.
Providers can either join as an ISF provider and/or broker.
If you cannot attend but would like a copy of the recording, please also email us to express an interest.
